Our routine eye examinations cost £125.00 for adults and £85.00 for children.

Your eye examination will take approximately forty minutes, sometimes longer if further tests are needed. We will thoroughly assess the health of your eyes by examining them both internally and externally. If more tests are indeed required, we have the most advanced equipment and technology to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Whilst you may find free or cheaper eye examinations elsewhere, we believe that the clinical care we offer is THE most important part of our role as an optometric practice and as such, have never - and never will, offer this free of charge or at a discounted rate.

An Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a hospital-quality scan that uses cutting-edge technology to look more closely at your retina. Many common eye diseases can creep up on you, without any significant symptoms. In particular, an OCT scan can help to detect eye conditions like glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Digital images will be stored and compared at subsequent visits to show any changes in conditions. Your optometrist will advise if an OCT scan is recommended (the cost is £75.00).

Yes, we do. Our eye examinations for children cost £85.00.

For younger children, we use eye charts featuring objects rather than letters for those who cannot yet read. We also make testing fun by using specially designed games. Most importantly, we take the time to look at each child holistically. We strongly recommend annual eye checks for children to ensure any issues can be identified and hopefully treated early. Myopia, or short-sightedness, is a very common eye condition in children where distant objects appear blurry whilst close objects are clearer.

We have a specialist children’s eyewear department, offering a huge choice of colourful, fun frames for our younger patients.

No. We are a fully private practice.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy therefore the appointment fee is charged if you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or do not arrive for your appointment.

No, we’re unable to offer home visits.

A contact lens consultation (incl. Eye Examination) costs £175.00

We don’t currently sell online as we believe getting the right fit is crucial. If you need help and cannot make it to the store in person, do call us and we will do our best to help.

We have a budget range which we can offer with standard thickness lenses at a complete price of £199.

We buy from makers who only design spectacle and sun spectacle frames. We do not sell mass produced frames that simply have a famous fashion name stuck on them. The frames we stock are all of the highest quality, made in materials that last, keep their colour and can be adjusted to fit perfectly and comfortably.

It can take anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks for your new prescription frames to be ready for collection. We are able to offer an express service on some prescriptions when necessary.

We buy from artisan makers who only design spectacle and sun spectacle frames. We do not sell mass produced frames that simply have a famous fashion logo stuck on them. Our frames are all of the highest quality, all made in materials that last, keep their colour and can be adjusted to fit perfectly and comfortably. Yes, providing your prescription is up to date. We recommend you have your eyes examined regularly.

We accept ophthalmologist prescriptions and we can accept hospital vouchers but we cannot accept NHS vouchers from other opticians.

Yes. We have an accessible consulting room on our ground floor.

We love dogs but due to the clinical nature of our services, we kindly ask that owners do not bring dogs to the store unless required for assistance.

There are limited Pay & Display bays in Chelsea. We are situated close to M&S which also offers paid parking. You can travel here by Underground to South Kensington and Sloane Square and by bus on the 19, 211, 49 or 319.
